In 1991, Wayne and Lynnette Meece opened a small retail shop in West Nashville's Belle Meade Plaza with a team of three and a simple philosophy: Do it right. Take care of people. Let the work speak for itself. Those early years were shaped by long days, late nights, and a pride you can't outsource.
In 1996, Tim Elizer walked through the doors as a high school kid looking for a part-time job. It became much more than that. Over the next two decades, Tim had a front-row seat to what makes a company last — how trust is earned, how problems are solved under pressure, and how a team becomes a vital part of the community it serves.
In 2016, Tim became the owner — stepping in to carry the legacy forward. Not a finish line, but a responsibility to honor what the Meeces built while growing the company into what it was always capable of becoming. Manufacturing. Art. Identity. That's not just a tagline — it's the standard behind every project we touch.
