How do I get a quote?

Fill out the intake form on the relevant service page — Fleet Wraps, Multifamily Signage, or Commercial Signs. We'll follow up within one business day to schedule a discovery call.

What information do you need to give me a price?

For fleet wraps: vehicle count, vehicle types, and whether you have existing brand guidelines. For signage: property type, number of locations, and sign types needed. For custom signs: sign type, approximate size, location, and any existing brand assets.

Question 3

How long does it take to get a proposal?

After your discovery call, we typically deliver a written proposal within 3–5 business days.

Question 4

Do you require a minimum order size?

Accepted Answer

For fleet wraps, we work with fleets as small as 5 vehicles. For signage and custom signs, there's no minimum — we work with single-location businesses and multi-market portfolios alike.

Do I need to have a logo or brand guide ready?

It helps, but it's not required. If you have brand guidelines, we work from them precisely. If you're still developing your brand, our design team can help you establish a visual identity as part of the project.

How many design revisions are included?

Our standard process includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate. Most clients approve within the first or second round.

Question 7

Can I see a mockup before production starts?

Always. We never go to production without your written approval on a photorealistic mockup. For fleet wraps, that means your actual vehicle make and model. For signs, that means a rendered site photo.

What file formats do you need from me?

Ideally vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF. We can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG files. If you only have a low-res logo, let us know — we can redraw it.

What materials do you use for fleet wraps?

3M IJ180 cast vinyl with 3M 8518 overlaminate is our standard for fleet wraps. It's the industry gold standard — rated for 7+ years of exterior exposure with proper care.

Are you 3M certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Magnitude is a 3M Certified installer and Vanguard Digital Printing Systems Ambassador — the highest level of certification in our industry.

Where is production done?

All production happens in our Nashville, Tennessee facility. We don't outsource fabrication or printing — everything is done in-house so we control quality at every step.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, for most project types. Rush fees apply. Contact us with your timeline and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you install nationwide?

Yes. We manage national fleet programs and multi-market signage rollouts from our Nashville base, coordinating certified installation crews in each market.

How do you handle scheduling for large fleets?

We build a staggered installation schedule that keeps your fleet operational throughout the process. We work nights and weekends to minimize downtime.

What warranty do you offer?

Fleet wraps are backed by 3M's manufacturer warranty — typically 3–5 years depending on the material spec. Signage warranties vary by product type and are outlined in your proposal.

What happens if something is damaged during installation?

We're fully insured and stand behind our work. If anything is damaged during our installation process, we make it right — no questions asked.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 50% deposit at project kickoff and 50% upon completion. For large programs, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.

Do you offer net terms for established clients?

Yes. Net-30 terms are available for qualified clients with an established relationship. Contact us to discuss.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfer, check, and major credit cards. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
